Shipping & Delivery at Earthly Sheets

At Earthly Sheets, we do our best to ensure your order is delivered quickly and reliably to your home. Below you’ll find all the important details about shipping, delivery times, and returns.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Once payment is received, your order is processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You can typically expect to receive your package within 6–13 days.

  • Even during peak periods (like Black Friday or Christmas), this is usually our standard delivery time.

  • All shipments are insured and include a tracking number.

Important: Check Your Address!

  • We ship to the address you provide during checkout.

  • Made a mistake? No problem – contact us within 24 hours at info@earthlysheets.com.

  • After this window, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

  • If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, additional costs may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Not Home at Delivery?

  • If the courier misses you, a notification will be left.

  • If the package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we cannot issue a refund.

Address Changes After Shipping

  • Once a package has left our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • Please double-check your details before completing your order.

Customs & Import Fees

  • For international deliveries, additional customs duties or taxes may apply.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you're not satisfied, you're welcome to return your product.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once we receive the item in undamaged condition, we will refund the product price.
