Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After processing, the estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on the destination.

All shipments are insured and include a tracking number.

After this window, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, additional costs may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Not Home at Delivery?

If the courier misses you, a notification will be left.

If the package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we cannot issue a refund.

Address Changes After Shipping

Once a package has left our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Please double-check your details before completing your order.

Customs & Import Fees

For international deliveries, additional customs duties or taxes may apply.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you're not satisfied, you're welcome to return your product.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive the item in undamaged condition, we will refund the product price.
