Our advice: pick a time that fits your routine, breakfast or the evening walk, and stick to it.

Start with what you are actually noticing. Slowing down on walks or hesitating at stairs points one way. Scratching, licking paws or a dull coat points another. Loose stools or a sensitive stomach point somewhere else again.

First, do not panic. Our chews are made from food-grade ingredients and a one-off overindulgence is unlikely to cause lasting harm, though it may lead to an upset stomach for a day or so.

Keep an eye on them, make sure they have water, and contact your vet if you notice vomiting, diarrhoea or lethargy lasting more than 24 hours, or if your dog is small and the tub was large.

If the tub contained a multivitamin, ring your vet straight away. Some vitamins can build up in the body when taken in large amounts.

In most cases yes, but we would always say check with your vet first. They know your dog's history and what they are already on.

This matters most if your dog is on long-term prescription medicine, is recovering from surgery, or has a diagnosed condition. A two-minute conversation is worth the peace of mind.

Often yes, but check the ingredient lists first. Some of our formulas share ingredients, and doubling up on the same thing is not useful.

Each product states the minimum age on the pack. Please stick to it, as young dogs have different nutritional needs and their bodies are still developing.

For pregnant or nursing dogs, speak to your vet before starting any supplement. Their requirements change during this time and your vet is best placed to advise.

Yes, and older dogs are often exactly who these are made for. Several of our formulas are designed with the everyday changes that come with age in mind.

The one caveat: senior dogs are more likely to be on medication or managing a diagnosed condition. If that is your dog, have a quick word with your vet before you start.

Somewhere cool and dry, with the lid on properly. A cupboard is ideal. Avoid windowsills, cars, and anywhere that gets warm.

Soft chews can firm up or soften depending on temperature, which is normal and does not affect them. Use by the date on the pack, and keep the tub somewhere your dog cannot help themselves.

You do not need to return an empty tub, fill in a form, or explain yourself at length. Just tell us it did not work out.
