Returns & Refund Policy – Earthly Sheets

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Earthly Sheets. However, if you are not completely satisfied or have changed your mind, you can easily return your order.

Return Window

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns.

Important: Returns must be sent to our international logistics center. Returns sent to local collection or sorting facilities cannot be processed.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@earthlysheets.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  4. Send the item back according to the instructions provided.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

Products must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • All tags still attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products not purchased through our official webshop

  • Incorrectly ordered items

  • Items damaged due to improper use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email info@earthlysheets.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A photo or video showing the issue

  • Your full address and phone number

In some cases, we may request additional photos or videos before processing a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:
For non-defective returns, shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact info@earthlysheets.com. Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Change or Cancel an Order

You may cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

Please email info@earthlysheets.com with your order number.

After this time, the order becomes binding. For approved cancellations, a 2% handling fee may be charged.
